Welcome to Salisbury Cottage Confections, proudly owned by me, Marisa (Missy) Simmons. I have turned my passion for decorating sweets into a Licensed Cottage Food Operation, which now operates in the heart of Salisbury, CT. I create every treat from my kitchen and each confection is made by hand, from scratch. Quality ingredients are at the heart of my baking and main ingredients (flour, sugar and milk) are always organic . I believe in nurturing the community we serve by making sweets that bring joy to an occasion and being part of the process of creating memories with my unique cakes and cupcakes. Floral buttercream decoration and custom buttercream designs are my favorites and I hope you get as much enjoyment eating these as I do creating them!
